Founded on December 9, 2024, SimplicityHero Foundation Inc. is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation established to expand opportunities for underserved children. We believe that every child has potential worth discovering, nurturing, and empowering. Our Foundation exists to help create the conditions in which that potential can flourish.

OUR NONPROFIT STATUS

SimplicityHero Foundation Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The IRS has classified the Foundation as a public charity under Sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Our federal tax exemption is effective as of December 9, 2024.

Contributions to SimplicityHero Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
